How about the front grill, is it damaged too&amp;nbsp;?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;How big is the hole&amp;nbsp;and where is it ?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Depending on the size and location, it may be fixed by straightening any remains&amp;nbsp;of the frayed cone and glueing a piece of coffee filter paper onto the cone using speaker cement or, in this case where the cone is merely cardboard, plain white paper glue.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If it&amp;#39;s a large hole, the only method could be replacing the woofer.
