(Mouse attack !).&nbsp; I have the spring !!</p><p>Would anyone know the <strong>correct plan and proceedure</strong> to redo the tuner-pulley-slide-thread assembly ? ..... and where can I get some of the &#39;special&#39; thread ?&nbsp;&nbsp;It seems finer than i have ever seen on such an assembly ?</p><p>And&nbsp;for the final touch ... it would be great if I could&nbsp;replace the <u>cover</u> (teak or rosewood) as the &#39;original&#39; has a small piece missing from a damaged corner, next to the rear voltage selector.</p><p>In anticipation of any response, thank you, <br />and congratulations all, on your endeavours to maintain these fine and iconic creations of recent times.</p><p><em>John</em></p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
