Hi,I have several beocenter 5000 and 7000 and need the plastic piece that slides into the metal panel that mkes the door open slowly.

the part no on the 5000 is3011010 and its called a friction plate.

Hi everybody,

My first time on this site - looks very impressive. I bought my Beocenter 7002 brand new in 1982 to celebtrate passing my exams. The only thing that has ever gone wrong - the right hand pivot hinge for the programming lid has broken. It is aluminium and I have already pinned it and it has failed again. So any ideas where a new one can be found please?????
