Hi Ray! Really... I havent connected your nick here with the one on youtube!!!!! So I was wondering why in this period so much people is searching so much hinges.... ... I think I'm working too much this period....

If you want to sell what you don't need let me know, I love Beocenters 7 too.

Thanks for that information. I'll fix it.

If you remember, we started talking about hinges for this unit on YouTube, and now we meet again on BeoWorld. I'll soon know how many I need.

I just got another 7700 today (not even unboxed it yet...) to hopefully make a good 7700 for me, sell the other one, and keep the 7000 downstairs in the livingroom for my mum.

Hinges seem to be a weak point on these units, as all 3 of mine have broken ones!

Hello

Inside the Beo there are two connectors that can be disconnected to let the unit complitely opens, if someone has inverted the positon the output is inverted too

Beocenter 7000 Balance control question

Hi all.

I've just got a Beocenter 7000. Everything appears to work as perfectly, except the balance control works the opposite way round to how I'd expect - ie: moving the control all the way to the left means sound only comes out of the right speaker and vice versa. However apart from this the balance control works as it should, just "reversed". It's the same on both sets of speaker outputs.

Yes, I have checked that the speaker at the left of the unit is plugged into the left speaker output, and same for the right.

Is this a peculiar common feature that's known about this unit, or is it something odd like someone (not me) has put it back together incorrectly?

I'd be very interested in your thoughts.
