Yes, i completely re-built a Beomaster 4500 and took the all-black base of a Beomaster 3500

and used the mirror panel of Beomaster 4500.

I could have just spray-painted over the white parts, but i wanted the exact same black finish

and had a faulty Beomaster 3500 for parts

Glad you got home safe and sound. Must have been agood chance for you to recover on the Tuesday night in Struer with no distractions such as Ed and myself.

Yes, i was led to believe that ALL of the plastic panels were white, which was why i was so amazed! - but it seems you have a white-line 4500. Still a really good deck, and very sought after as it has a pre-amp inbuilt (which means it will plug straight into any modern B&O source such as BS9000, Ouverture etc).

or perhaps custom made like my Beomaster 4500 in black/mirror panel ?
