Its a heavier deck and I think has a better sound when connected to a BS9000.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;You did miss the 1200 series. You would be surprised how a good one sounds. A few&amp;nbsp;(probably rare now) versions have a slot for&amp;nbsp;an RIAA which B&amp;amp;O supplied as an option. A version of the 1203 and the 1202 have this available. I know I have a spare B&amp;amp;O pre-amp... I also trashed an old 1202 for a pre-amp...
