I would recommend to get it retipped at Axel Sch&amp;uuml;rholz in Germany. It&amp;#39;s cheaper than buying a new one at Sound Smith. Axel has done 6 MMC cartridges for me, and they are all done in very good quality. He opens the cartrigde, replaces the suspension (rubber) and puts on the needle of your choise.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p id="yui_3_2_0_13_132707571920748"&gt;I have a B&amp;amp;O 7000 series Record deck which, following a move, is giving a distorted sound. I believe the MMC2 stylus may be damaged, but so far have located only a US supplier for a moving iron replacement.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p id="yui_3_2_0_13_132707571920752"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p id="yui_3_2_0_13_132707571920755"&gt;Is it possible to obtain a&amp;nbsp; replacement cartridge ?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p id="yui_3_2_0_13_132707571920759"&gt;Failing that, is there a repairer of such items&amp;nbsp; ?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p id="yui_3_2_0_13_132707571920763"&gt;or is a replacement deck available and if so at what cost ?&lt;/p&gt;
