I have recently purchased a beogram 5005. Case, cartridge all lovely. I just have one issue. The stylus arm will not track with the record. It simplly sits in one place. It moves normally with the lift and turn buttons. Sliding smoothly from end to end of its track. When playing it will not move. The arm merely pivots in its holder until it can pivot no more then skips. Any ideas? It was working perfectly when I got the deck about 4 weeks ago.

And advice would be most welcome.

Thanks
