I will also look into the lubrication issue when I have time ,I just get up quick at the end of the record at the moment.

Thanks again

The slow (or completely missing) arm lift is caused by dried out lubricants.
We've had that several times, also with Beogram 2200 and 2400 models.
Do a search and you will find a photo of the dry spot or maybe another member
has a bookmark.

I have a beogram 1500 to match my beomaster 1500. I love the quality and retro looks but have had a few niggles.I think most are down to age.

The problem I'm most interested in is soting my record speed out. My deck seems to play a little fast ! Not ridiculously so but enough for me to notice. Is there a way to adjust the 33 rpm to "just " right ?

The other niggle is thqt at the end of a record the arm just swings across the record without lifting. It lifts when "pausing" so I know all the mechanics are ok

Help with the speed would really be the priority as I want to enjoy my stock of old albums

Any help gratefully received

Cheers
