In that case you would set it to MM. Reading the following in the link you sent. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lower gains (40 and 44 dB) are intended for moving magnet cartridges or&lt;br /&gt;very high output moving coil cartridges (2.0 milliVolts or higher). These&lt;br /&gt;would include the Benz MC20E2, Silver, Glider High Output and H2O.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;d set it to 40 or 44dB. Just see which is the best out if the two.&lt;/p&gt;
