&lt;p&gt;It&amp;#39;s described in the service manual, can be download&amp;#39;ed by silver and gold members. Well&lt;br /&gt;worth the small membership fee and Beoworld would be thankful for your support.&lt;br /&gt;The manual found there is in english and the static balance is found on page 4-4.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m working on a BG4002, and need some clear instructions in English. &amp;nbsp;My original SM is in German, and my German is OK, but not to the technical level in the particular steps described in the manual.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Has anybody done this successfully before, and can give me step-by-step instructions to continue?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;ve got this far that the centre bolt below adjusts something, but I&amp;#39;m not sure what to be looking for, and whether the MMC cartridge must be mounted or not, to give weight to the tonearm.&lt;/p&gt;
