The service manual for this group of turntables shows that the board fits on the right side near the front under the parked position of the arm. However it has no exact instructions though the wiring diagram is there. Is the board you have an accessory or is it from another deck. &lt;p&gt;can anyone help with fitting an RIAA amp internally to an BG 5500.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I own anoriginal B&amp;amp;O RIAA for build in, but do not know wher to put it.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;As far as I know, there are no provisions for an RIAA preamp to be fitted within a Beogram 5500, as the Beomaster 5500 it was made to go with has an RIAA preamp built-in. The GF-series of preamplifiers were meant to go with the Beogram 1000, 1200, 1800 (type 5213), and 3000 (types 5228, 5231, 5241). Hope this helps.&lt;/p&gt;
