Could you supply a set of 4002 belt to me? My address is in Taiwan. How is the shipped price? And how to pay? Are you accept PayPal?
My Beogram 4002 turntable is AC motor version; its platter is single piece type i.e. I cannot take off the platter without removing the belt.
My current belt is too loose right now.

Thank you with the best regards,

I can supply correct belts for Beogram 4000, 4002, 4004 and 6000 and
hopefully soon also for the Beogram 1800 in that I am currently testing
a new prototype. Actually, I could use a second opinion or two on these - PM me !

One reason I ask about belt tension is because I had had to loosen the screw holding down the pulley in the corner to move it slightly back. Before I did that, the pulley itself was rubbing against some adjacent plastic. I'm guessing that when the belt needs to be replaced, this screw is loosened and the pulley is moved forward toward the platter so that the belt can be slipped on, after which it's moved back into position and the screw retightened. But again, this is just a guess--I have no experience with turntables and am learning as I go. Perhaps there's just one tension, and that's it, but I wanted to make sure. Please correct/educate me if I'm mistaken.

If it is too slack, your Beogram will either run slow, or take ages to gather speed.
I wouldn't fix it if it's not broke. I have a feeling that there is not an adjustable belt tensioner.
I'm sure that Martin or some other WOS will correct me if I'm wrong.
