It&amp;#39;s not too hard and doesn&amp;#39;t require any special tools, just plenty of care and patience; take your time to avoid breaking anything and make notes how it goes back together. When a record has completed playing the tone arm does not rise and therefore drags across the record. The tone arm seems to rise after it has returned.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;It&amp;#39;s a lovely turntable that otherwise works perfectly.
