However if you like the look of the 1200 series, the one to get is the &lt;a href="http://www.beoworld.org/prod_details.asp?pid=269" target="_blank"&gt;1202&lt;/a&gt; as it has the same basic chassis. The &lt;a href="http://www.beoworld.org/prod_details.asp?pid=279" target="_blank"&gt;2000&lt;/a&gt; is not quite as good but does have a hinged lid. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Of course if you want the very best, the &lt;a href="http://www.beoworld.org/prod_details.asp?pid=286" target="_blank"&gt;3000 Thorens&lt;/a&gt; is the one to get though these are rather pricey!&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;For the previous decks, the &lt;a href="http://www.beoworld.org/prod_details.asp?pid=719" target="_blank"&gt;SP12&lt;/a&gt; is the best cartridge. If you do go for the Thorens, an &lt;a href="http://www.beoworld.org/prod_details.asp?pid=712" target="_blank"&gt;SP8/9&lt;/a&gt; was the cartridge of choice unless you go for the 12&amp;quot; arm in which case a modified &lt;a href="http://www.beoworld.org/prod_details.asp?pid=710" target="_blank"&gt;SP1/2&lt;/a&gt; will be called for. However, which deck are you looking for? And what sort of condition? The most expensive is a perfect &lt;a href="http://www.beoworld.org/prod_details.asp?pid=305" target="_blank"&gt;Beogram 7000&lt;/a&gt; - it has the advantage of working with the modern equipment.
