However if you like the look of the 1200 series, the one to get is the <a href="http://www.beoworld.org/prod_details.asp?pid=269" target="_blank">1202</a> as it has the same basic chassis. The <a href="http://www.beoworld.org/prod_details.asp?pid=279" target="_blank">2000</a> is not quite as good but does have a hinged lid. </p><p>Of course if you want the very best, the <a href="http://www.beoworld.org/prod_details.asp?pid=286" target="_blank">3000 Thorens</a> is the one to get though these are rather pricey!&nbsp; </p><p>For the previous decks, the <a href="http://www.beoworld.org/prod_details.asp?pid=719" target="_blank">SP12</a> is the best cartridge. If you do go for the Thorens, an <a href="http://www.beoworld.org/prod_details.asp?pid=712" target="_blank">SP8/9</a> was the cartridge of choice unless you go for the 12&quot; arm in which case a modified <a href="http://www.beoworld.org/prod_details.asp?pid=710" target="_blank">SP1/2</a> will be called for. However, which deck are you looking for? And what sort of condition? The most expensive is a perfect <a href="http://www.beoworld.org/prod_details.asp?pid=305" target="_blank">Beogram 7000</a> - it has the advantage of working with the modern equipment.
