Is the numbered dial at the side for bias or weight,?&nbsp;&nbsp;Should the end weight be turned first so that the arm balances itself ?, I have an SP14 stylus&nbsp;so any advice is welcome<img src="http://forum.beoworld.org/emoticons/38.gif" alt="Erm" /></p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
