We are pleased to learn that you are the owner of BeoSound 6. If you have already registered your BeoPlayer, you have to use the password and email as usual. As regards the problem with your new PC, pleased be informed that we do not support Vista, if you should be using this.

sorry but I use vista what now??? can't use the full options on my beosound 6

I have had this problem in the past too. I was advised to install a program called ccleaner. it stands for crap cleaner.

The program is free and it worked.

I installed it five times every time username @ mail adress exists all

even when I used a other name and @ mail adress

Eric, I too had the same problem. As once installed the registration screen never came up. Once I unistalled the software and re installed it. It worked perfectly.

I had this problem once Eric. I think I resolved it by clicking on the icon on my desktop and I got the option to "repair". After I repaired it asked me to register again. Problem solved.
BTW, I don't think it likes Vista.

Installed beoplayer at the office works after a lot of trubbele

now bought anew pc at home installed beoplayer but can't register for downloding names and cd pictures.

want to use my beosound 6

any surgestions ?????
