What was wrong was that I had not used Windows Media Player. As the two programs work together. Is with the 64 bit version. there is a problem with the USB Drivers I believe. Everyrting was working fine until I got a new PC. Backed all my music files to an external Hard Drive. Loaded Beoport Software O.K. Now all my albums are in Alphabetical order, not the normal order. They are in the right order when I look in Widows Media Player.
