My Beomedia 1 is mis behaving. Last week any time I tried to navagate away from the opening menu it crashed rebooted and then seemed ok.

Now when I try and use it I get a load of clicks from the speakers, it tries to reboot, flashes "Bang and Olufsen" for a brief moment then goes back to a menu which offers Beomedia 1 or Beomedia 1 Restore.

Chosing either brings me back to the same place.

...And so the cycle continues

Pressing F8 and using last good version doesn't get me anywhere, opening in 'safe' mode gets me the command line.

I have done some research on these pages and it seems that either power supply or hard disc on the way out seems the common fault.

I don't have a flashing power light and trawling around from the command line it appears it can read the hard disc.

All help recieved with thanks

Cheers
