I have for a long time postponed updating my BeoPort software - dreading errors, USB-conflicts etc. The information is a bit scarce on the B&O-site, so can anyone please advice me - shall I uninstall my current Beoport first and remove the USB-connection before installing the new software? Or can I just start the downloaded .exe-file?

And what version? I don't have BeoMaster/ BeoSound 5 or BeoMedia. Shall I use the version 4.83 or the 5.02.01?

And finally: is it true that music-files bought on iTunes (m4a-format) must be converted to mp3 to be used with Beoport? My current BeoPort does not find them when scanning.

Thanks,

Morten
