&lt;p&gt;I have just loaded up new sofware for my beoport and when it trys to update my firmware I get a pop up that say&amp;#39;s &amp;quot;Firmware update did not complete successfully. The connected beoport box could not be firmare updated possibly due to a defect in the box please contact your local dealer for assistance&amp;quot;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Can any one help this has beed going on for over 3 years I purchased the unit new in 2004.&lt;/p&gt;
