In the customer service menu press the usual &amp;quot;0&amp;quot; &amp;quot;0&amp;quot; &amp;quot;GO&amp;quot;, you will now see some additional menu options. Under one of these you tick off the option to show the &amp;quot;service menu&amp;quot; (=the ordinary windows desktop). Go back using EXIT till you are at the main menu - now you will have a 5th option if you scroll down below WEB, called SERVICE MENU. Select this and you will be taken directly to the ordinary windows desktop. You will need a mouse/keyboard to get anything done here, of course.&lt;/p&gt;
