Since posting in the following thread I have acquired a Beo 5. I now have on my Beo 5 screen play, pause, stop, rewind, fast forward, previous, next track, skip back, menu, skip forward. All work perfectly for the Apple TV. Before I had the Beo 5, I had all of these functions assigned to a number key on the Beo 4.

That is how I am going back with multiple EXIT commands.

I just wondered if there was a direct way to get to MENU.

 Not a problem I guess.

 Thanks

I have my ATV 2nd generation connected to the DVD port and setup with HDMI and a PUC set to Apple Remote.

[MENU] brings up the BeoVision's menu panel (connections, etc).

To bring up the ATV's menu (if it is in sleep mode) I use the < or > keys to flick between the invisible menu items, and that wakes up the ATV.

If I am deep into a menu tree, I use multiple [EXIT] ... [EXIT] commands to clmb back up the menu tree . . . .

I hope that helps you, but I have misunderstood the question I am happy to answer the question again :-)

ATV and Beo4 menu

Hi all, how do i access MENU in ATV with the Beo4?
