&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m going to try and re-install Beoplayer and see what happens. &amp;nbsp;I&amp;#39;ll keep you informed.&lt;/p&gt;

Go to your name - mine 
is just below Desktop, then library, itunes,itunes plug ins and you 
should find it there. &lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;ve (to my knowledge) totally de-installed BeoPlayer and Beoconnect (i have a BeoSound 5) - but still no luck..&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;How can i check i&amp;#39;ve totally de-installed BeoPlayer, and does anyone have any suggestions?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Well, i had the little box flash up at me notifiying me of the latest Mac software updates, so i clicked &amp;#39;install&amp;#39; and waited for it to do its thing. &amp;nbsp;Of the updates was the latest iTunes update along with three or four others, so i restarted the computer and clicked to open iTunes to see what they had done with it..&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;However, to my horror - iTunes wouldn&amp;#39;t open &lt;img src="http://forum.beoworld.org/emoticons/03.gif" alt="Surprise" /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I get the following message...&lt;/p&gt;
