Or take it to your dealer, they always have a PC with Beoplayer on it.&lt;/p&gt;

I tried to upgrade the firmware using BM-Link, but it failed with the error message&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Is there a way to fix this - apart from buying a new Beoport?&lt;/p&gt;
