I surely will not, but my point was that people sometimes don't even know or bother what these things cost in "real life" and buy them on Ebay thinking they have a bargain, if you know what I mean. How else can be explain your example with the stands. I know somebody who buy these spare parts for cheap via his dealer and sell them again on Ebay, most of the times for much more then it cost at the dealers shop. Crazy!

Hands up - these were our stands and we too were somewhat surprised!

I'm sure all regular eBay users on there will agree totally that prices make no sense at all sometimes. A BeoVision 6 making only 3 times what a PC2 box did, BeoLab 6000's not selling at a £495 buy-it-now and then selling for £575 on an auction.. I could go on.

This is not exceptional (good name sells, no doubt)! Same thing for spare parts. How much you reckon Beo 4 battery covers, displays, keypads will cost at the dealers shop and for how much they gonna sell on Ebay?

....but failing that, I just cant work some people out at all

Yes I saw this!!!! What can I say? And another listing ended with a Beolink 7000 brand new in box without the table stand for 840 euros!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

According to Beoworld, the 2010 B&O price for these BL Floorstands is/was £335.....and someone's just 'won' a 2nd hand pair for £310 + £15 postage!!!

Presuming this buyer is in UK, he has just paid £325 for something that he/she could buy BRAND NEW for £335...??!!

Am I missing something here...???

Wish ebay had a 'favourite buyer' list this is the type of buyer you really want!!!........A complete idiot

Unless B&O have suddenly increased the list price considerably that is.....? If they have, my apologies to the buyer if he's on here!
