Personnaly I think this is a scam. Up to opening a case on paypal, each day i received a bla bla e-mail from the seller. Since then, no e-mail, no bla bla. So, IMHO, be aware if something like this happens.

Yes Chris, but 60 days is also a long time, more than enough, don't you think ?
After all, the item was bought in early april.

Have you opened a DISPUTE only - you need to check as it isn't clear when initiating a claim that you need to escalate this?

If you haven't already done so, escalate it to a CLAIM immediately or the deadline will still expire after the initial 60 days. The details will be in the resolution centre of your paypal home page - view the case details & the claim escalation link is at the bottom.

Initiate an Item Not Received dispute with Paypal.
Explain to the seller, if he's genuine and honest he will understand.
That will buy you some time.

When the item arrives and tracking shows delivery, it will all be fine.

hi there,

the story is quite simple: bought an item( Beolab 2000) on US e-bay on 8 april. It was sent to Canada on 11. Arrived in Norway(??????) on 19 april. Contacted the seller, he said that it was sent back to Canada and it takes up to 23 days to be here???? If I add let say 23 days with 20 days( already past) then it will be for me imposible at that moment to ask a refund on PayPal!!!!

Is this a scam? I mean, people just do that in order to be late when asking a refund?

What I should do? Open a case onPayPal and ask for a full refund or wait for the package?

Any help will be highly appreciated!
