Up to opening a case on paypal, each day i received a bla bla e-mail from the seller. Since then, no e-mail, no bla bla. So, IMHO, &amp;nbsp;be aware if something like this happens.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If you haven&amp;#39;t already done so, escalate it&amp;nbsp;to a&amp;nbsp;CLAIM immediately or the deadline will still expire after the initial 60 days. The details will be in the resolution centre of your paypal home page - view the case details &amp;amp; the&amp;nbsp;claim escalation&amp;nbsp;link is at the bottom.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;the story is quite simple: bought an item( Beolab 2000)&amp;nbsp;on US e-bay&amp;nbsp; on 8 april. It was sent to Canada on 11. Arrived in Norway(??????) on 19 april. Contacted the seller, he said that it was sent back to Canada and it takes up to 23 days to be here???? If I add let say 23 days with 20 days( already past)&amp;nbsp;then it will be for me imposible at that moment to ask a refund on PayPal!!!! &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Is this a scam? I mean, people just do that in order to be late when asking a&amp;nbsp; refund?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;What I should do? Open a case onPayPal and ask for a full refund or wait for the package?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Any help will be highly appreciated!&lt;/p&gt;
