&lt;p&gt;Wouldn&amp;#39;t know the differences the original platter had a peripheral skirt , the 2200 platter is basically an unskirted disc, which with the height of the assembly reduced does not look too bad the clearance is about 2mm - and works well its just to get the whole back to original - not to worry I&amp;#39;ll carry on as present&lt;/p&gt;
