I will email you tonight w/ details.

Do you still have an interest in a SPARES/REPAIR 3000?

Re: Looking for Beomaster 3000-2 Type 2402 AND/OR BeoMaster 4400

Hello. Don't mean to hassle you and I realize you may not have gotten around to it yet, but I am still interested in buying the 4400 from you if you have a working unit.

I have two dead, open 3000-2 Type 2402s sitting on my desk here with a beogram 4004 and some nice speakers out in my greeting area without any receiver.

I should do something, and getting a 4400 seems to make the most sense.

In the mean time, I have ordered a complete capacitor kit from a fellow beoworld member and I will be able to replace all of the electrolytics on my 3000-2 but I may just use that in my office here and use the 4400 out in my lobby with the big speakers.

Re: Looking for Beomaster 3000-2 Type 2402 AND/OR BeoMaster 4400

Dan,

The price of my BM3000-2405 is pro bono BeoWorld.

It is project level... and a project I don't see me getting to in the near future! Yours for the cost of shipping if you want it.

4400... I have several and need to regroup as they are at different addresses... so it won't be until at least this weekend.

Let me see what I have and I'll email you w/ an evaluation!

Re: Looking for Beomaster 3000-2 Type 2402 AND/OR BeoMaster 4400

Thanks for the reply. You certainly are a wealth of info and also B&O equipment as well it looks like...

I bought an old 300-2 Type 2402 on eBay for $140 and I am going to make one good working unit with it.

I am still interested in the 4400 as it is more powerful and I am concerned about the 3000-2 driving magnapan IIa electrostaitic loudspeakers which are rated at 40 - 200 watts @ 8 ohms.

That said, do you have a price in mind for the 4400? Would like to see if it is affordable to my budget before asking for pcs, info, etc.

Thanks again!

Re: Looking for Beomaster 3000-2 Type 2402 AND/OR BeoMaster 4400

Dan,

I have both available in the states...

Though my 3000 is the 2405... as you may recall from pictures in your other thread RE: wiring.

LMK if you have any interest, and I can email you with details.
