For looks and a reasonable performance, Beomaster 2400-2, Beogram 2402 and BeoVox S45-2s. Just given away just such a set up and it is a good sounding system Quite upgradable - you can change the gram to a 4004 later and get bigger speakers if you want - but it is classic Jensen design and still looks modern.
