In that case your only option is to look out for a donor unit Tony

Things have moved on somewhat , what may have been a small task has now escalated - the dog created mayhem on Sunday late afternoon having been spooked by some noise - we have a video cabinet with a drop down door and the tv is on top the dog pounced on the flap, the cabinet rolled forward, the tv slid forward and eventuaslly hit the floor one corner hitting the front rh corner of the cdx glass panel cracked etc the cabinet also lost a piece of wood, the dog has now been dispatched to the canning factory - I'm not best pleased - the tv worked but no longer no stby light although the module works, something deeper in the set - it needs a new front top cap, contast screen and speaker fret - neil were are you!?

so anyone got a touch panel for a cdx - i might get the beast working but it may be best to scrap it!

contributions whatever (guffaws! smirks! or sensiblw) most welcome!
