The surrounds to the bass/mid-range units are rubber so no foam rot to worry about.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;From a power handling and period point of view, they would be ideal with&amp;nbsp;a Beocenter 1400/Beomaster 901/Beomaster 1001, although they would be equally at home with the much later 1400/1500 tuner/amps or similar Beocenters.&amp;nbsp; In fact I&amp;#39;ve used them with a Beomaster 4400 as both main and ambio speakers with no problems and even on the end of a Beomaster 8000.&amp;nbsp; They are efficient enough to go pretty loud with very little power.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;They are much warmer and easier to listen to for long periods than the CX series.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I would post photos, but the file size is too big.&amp;nbsp; If anyone&amp;nbsp;can advise me how I can reduce the file size, I&amp;#39;ll pop on some pics. &lt;/p&gt;
