The surrounds to the bass/mid-range units are rubber so no foam rot to worry about.</p> <p>From a power handling and period point of view, they would be ideal with&nbsp;a Beocenter 1400/Beomaster 901/Beomaster 1001, although they would be equally at home with the much later 1400/1500 tuner/amps or similar Beocenters.&nbsp; In fact I&#39;ve used them with a Beomaster 4400 as both main and ambio speakers with no problems and even on the end of a Beomaster 8000.&nbsp; They are efficient enough to go pretty loud with very little power.&nbsp; </p> <p>They are much warmer and easier to listen to for long periods than the CX series.</p> <p>I would post photos, but the file size is too big.&nbsp; If anyone&nbsp;can advise me how I can reduce the file size, I&#39;ll pop on some pics. </p> <p>30GBP plus postage or collect from Exeter</p> <p>Cleve</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
