Hi Geoff, sorry could not respond earlier (busy doing restoration on my B&O stuff).

About the quality of the pictures? To be honest, I don't know! Just snap them with my old Canon Ixus 850 on a res. of 3072x2304.

Then I use Picasa for exporting them to 640 pixels to put them on Beoworld. That's all I can tell you.

Are you from Holland? I know that Marktplaats is more a place to buy rather then selling. I put them there as well but less response (70 highest bid and people mostly are not that serious if it comes to buying. Think I'm gonna put them on Ebay this weekend. Let's see what happens.. I think for a 100 I will be happy

@ Jaff,

Bought them with a 4500 set and these were included. They are likely brand new looking at the plastic stand offs at the bottom of the stands and also the veneer has no scratches at all. Great ha?

Remarkable pair. Based on the unmarked condition of the stand pucks, at least they seem to have never been used. Perhaps the speakers as well. A nice find and they shouldn't have a problem finding a new home!

They look amazing, I have sold mine (S55) including a Beocenter 2002, stands and cabinet for 100 euro (in Holland)

I would believe they are worth 100 euro by itself (speakers only i mean), but it is difficult to sell, I had to put my add several times on Dutch sites such as marktplaats.

If you're about to end up in the same situation as myself where it seems impossible to sell (does not feel good, I know) than I might be interested.

Very nice looking speakers and stands and excellent photos too. What resolution are these photos displayed at? My low resolution photos on Beoworld always look disappointing.
