Thanks for looking

Cheers

I also have a teak Beomaster 1200 for sale. I've only just bought this but a recently acquired Beosystem 6000 means I have to make some room for the sake of my marriage!

It's in reasonable cosmetic condition and operationally it all works OK and sounds good. It still has the wire stands on the bottom (I'm not sure if this a particularly good thing - just mentioning for completeness!). There are no scratches on the main top surface and the controls all work OK. The band of veneer is a little loose but this would be easily remedied. The indicator lamps for FM/AM/LW need replacing but the power lamp is OK. I've run an iPod through it so the inputs work OK. I think these were meant to have vernier wheels on the main tuning slider weren't they? If so, they're missing, but manual tuning is still easy enough. The 3 presets all work OK.

Some pictures below. I paid £35 for this only a couple of weeks ago, so if anyone wants it for the same price that would be great - don't want to make anything on it, just pass it on. Collection preferred and you can get it from Weybridge in Surrey, Oxford or Wandsworth in London.

Thanks for reading and PM me if you're interested

All the best

I
