I now have my money back, however it took the threat of Small Claims Court action in an email sent via his employer B & O Leicester.

Read into the above what you wish!

I agree this is not the place for this - however it has illicited a response! Previously,. I have pm'd you several times to try to get a resolution the later ones with no response - Answer my pm's then - give me your address - i'll come to your location and sort it face to face - after all you have had my money for 5 months with no goods as yet

This request will no doubt fall on barren ground as previous requests have!

Perhaps the moderators need now to get involved - after all this forum is supposed to be for honest exchanges/dealing! - I draw your attention to the Banner page comments of the Private sales area!

It is true that there is a dispute going on between Tony and I, but that is between us and, in my opinion, isn't for a public forum.

The television does exist and I am happy to demonstrate it to anybody in my own home who is interested.

Beocenter 1 for sale

I am selling my Beocenter 1. It is black, has ML and is in immaculate condition and comes complete with a motorised floorstand and DTV/A. MEM Beo4. It was first bought in 2005 so is a reasonably late one!

I am based in Leicester/Birmingham, UK and happy for anyone to come and view it! I can deliver and install it if necessary.

As you can see in this picture, my cat will probably be sad to see it go

Open to reasonable offers! I would consider a trade for some active speakers or a sound system.
