Does 1080p HD video as well as still photography. Video quality is superb on my BV-7. &amp;nbsp;Low light performance of this camera is outstanding.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The RED camera is probably overkill for most of us, unless one wants to shoot movies professionally.&lt;/p&gt;

Just put the original nikon 18-200 VR on it and you never need anything else.
