One unit will go in slowly after a little encouragment but will not open at all. The second won't do either. Belts? Also - how do you get access to belts, etc. for replecement (how does drawer come apart)?

2) Beocord 3300 - Was working fine when stored 2 years ago. Now, unit powers up but heads & tape will not move. When pushing play or forward/rewind buttons, unit tries to do something (clicks) for a second or two, then goes back to stop.

Any help greatly appreciated.
