I got the battery from ESP Special Batteries &lt;a href="http://www.espspecialbatteries.co.uk"&gt;www.espspecialbatteries.co.uk&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;a href="http://www.cordlesstelephonebatteries.co.uk"&gt;www.cordlesstelephonebatteries.co.uk&lt;/a&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;it also came with this code 9#9#9 *655&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;but they suggested if the first code did not work&amp;nbsp;then try&amp;nbsp;some other codes to try were &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;9#9 * 655&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;amp;&amp;nbsp; 9#9#9#* 560&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Mine works fine now. Good company to deal with.&lt;/p&gt;
