They are European models (220v) and I am in north America, so I have a power supply plugged into a step up converter. The speakers are set to left and right and have a green status icon when the beosound is on and playing music, however no sound comes out of the speakers. I have Also tried using an RCA cable and setting the switch to line and hooking up to iPhone and still no sound. &nbsp;Any suggestions?</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
