&lt;p&gt;I contacted Bosscom of Denmark and they can supply me with an autoswitching version of their &amp;quot;Bossdim&amp;quot; dimmer that can work on 120 volts.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The only drawback is that unit costs 349 euros(!!!) (including shipping of course).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am now searching for a less costly alternative before settling for that one.&lt;/p&gt;
