&lt;p&gt;I always start the process by sending Benny an email giving the model name/number and a description of the fault and asking him if he can fix that.&amp;nbsp; If you click &amp;quot;Georgia&amp;quot; in my post above, that will take you to his web site.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I am new to this forum and have had some replies to to my issue on the &amp;quot;Vintage&amp;quot; forum page. &amp;nbsp;My Beomaster 1900 apparetly has a bad &amp;quot;balace Control&amp;quot; and there are no avl. parts for this 35 plus year old unit. If there is anyone in the Bay Area( Northern California) that has experience with this problem or could do a repair I would be most grateful to hear from you. &lt;/p&gt;
