One last question regarding the automatic recording level. Does it adjust itself to the max level even if&amp;nbsp;you do the recording off a vinyl? The output, compare to a CD player, &amp;nbsp;is not very high as you know of a turntable, in my case I have a RX2 here. &lt;/p&gt;

I unplugged the 7 pin audio cable from the receiver. Played a tape, then I touched FF, guess what it did. Then I tried REW and it does it. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I reconnected with Beomaster 5000 and tried it with MCP 5000 so far it is responding to all commands.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Not sure what was wrong but so far it seems to be working ok.&lt;/p&gt;
