It will go to the nearest authorized service center in your area. I talked to B&amp;amp;O store in New York and was told they send it to US headquarters for repair but coud not give me an estimate until they opened it up - not even an estimat that ultimately if they needed to replace the laser how much it would be. Emailed with Sound Smith outside New York and same story - not very clear as to what the price would be.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Anyone have any suggestions - first whether B&amp;amp;O really does send it to HQ for repairs and any idea what it would cost; second any feedback on Sound Smith.&lt;/p&gt;
