Welcome to BeoWorld. This is a very friendly place, and referrals are by reputation. We'd like to get to know who you are, and what your background and expertise is with B&O, especially the vintage stuff.

Most people who ask for help here, have already been down the route of unsatifactory commercial repairs, and are looking for expertise and service, which are in abundant supply among that proportion of our members who are technicians.

So, nothing personal - we appreciate your offer - but we'd like to know more about you before referring anyone.

Regards

I have a request from the owner of a malfunctioning BeoMaster 5000 in Naples Florida.

From initial email diagnosis, appears to be the relays and potis. Probably some capacitors as well.

Anyone in that area who would like to take this on?

I will provide any additional technical help required.
