I must admit, I am biased to Sennheiser HD-25 which I use to produce music and DJ. These are also the standard for the media industry. However, I love the A8's and wouldn't trade them for anything else (in terms of size and convenience).

Re: Which is the best B&O earphone?

I am a happy user of Form 1's for my Walkman and home listening.
There are numerous Sennheisser headphones available, which ones do you recommend?

I do not care for the earbuds and prefer the bulkier but more comfortable over the ear type.

Of the 2 current offerings the A8 is probably better suited to a mobile player.

But Peter is right, look around at other makers. I was looking at Audio Technica's website last night! They have a huge number of products in headphones alone. Definitely a brand I would try again.

Last night I was noodling around on the Fostex website and it turns out they are of the handful of makers still producing orthodynamic units! I have a Fostex system in my car and I will be picking up a set of the T50RP's very soon - Great stuff. They seem to have pretty good above average feedback on the head-fi forums.

Re: Which is the best B&O earphone?

I don't think any of the B&O range are that good.
