I get a continuous 4 flashing. I followed the post you suggested. Does this error relate to the bad capacitor everyone keeps talking about?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;When I insert a CD it spins up and stays on track 1, and then stops spinning.&lt;/p&gt;
