Thanks for the info. What I got back from the B&O dealers in the US is that the part is only available from the UK and Denmark. Thankfully, the nice folks at LifeStyle-AV are taking care of it for me.

My BC9300 lower panel fell of and broke too, about a year ago.

The 2 lowest prices I got were from Paul at Atlantic Systems, and Chris at Pyramid-Audio - around $110.

The glasses for the Beocenter 9500 are no longer available and have not been for some years.

The BC9300 glasses both upper and lower are available but note that they are NOT identical to those fitted on the 9500 but only a real anorak will notice!!

Hi all,

I am looking for the part number or replacement lower glass panel for a Beocenter 9500. I can't seem to get the sevice manual to download to look for the part number, as I am told it is available from B&O.

If anyone knows about a good used panel, I would be interested in that as well.

I just purchased an extremely nice Beocenter 9500 from LifeStyle AV. Other than the broken glass, it's immaculate.

Any help would be welcome!
