I do have some MFSL LPs and they play very well with these cartridges. Very quiet surface which the Soundsmith cartridges seem to help. Most RIAA amplifiers are fine - I use the built in ones in the Beomaster or Beogram though Gram Slee makes very well reviewed ones.
