Have removed the working one out of the room but no success. It will not connect. You say you have 3 working. Did you just set up each of them against the Beomaster 7000 and got contact for each one.

Do you know how I can find out what version the remotes are. Could there be anything regarding the version that could create the problem.

Have you tried putting the good one well out or range the go thru the removing and re-loading components . They don't like bad batteries , even on the charger if the batteries are dead I have found they give problems . Don't know if you can have two in the same room , I have three but a bit reluctant to bring two together in case it screws them up .

I have a Beosystem 7000 and two Beolink 7000 to operate it. The one BL 7000 has been set up and works ok. The second one I have problems with. It says no contact. I have tried to remove and add components again but still no contact. It will turn on/off the components but the two way is missing. When I try to set the clock it will not do so again due to no contact. Of course there could be something wrong with the 2 way com, but I wonder if there could be a conflict using two BL 7000? Can two BL 7000 be used on the same system? What is the best ay to "reset" the BL 7000, disconnect battery? or are there some independent internal memory? If anyone have experienced the same and have a fix please respond.
