I think it could be worth a try.

You would need to split the incoming signal and invert one of the two channels (by e.g. an OP-AMP in inverter mode). Furthermore you will have to connect your speaker to the two "Plus"-Pins of the output connectors. However the total quality (distortion etc.) will highly depend on the quality of the OP-AMP. Any deviation of the inverted signal from the non-inverted signal will lead to distortions.

Another point is that doubling the output voltage will (theoretically) quadruple the output power, but, it will also double the output current. And this might lead for the amplifiers to limit the output current (resulting in distortions or over-heating, same problem as when using 4 Ohm speakers).

Does anyone know if it is possible to bridge an MCL-2P for mono operation? If it is possible, how is this accomplished? I am using it for a center channel and would like more power. I was hoping the amp could handle a 4 Ohm load.
